I dealt with another agent and due to that agents negligence with signing of paperwork we lost the house, however, when Renarda signed on from the start we had documents that she forwarded to us, she explained every document, if any changes were made we received updated paper work to sign. She is very attentive to detail. She is was very knowleable about her job.

She was wonderful, she comforted us, motivated us when we tried giving up, and supported us throughout this entire process.
